Our first speaker today was William F. Baker, author of Leading with Kindness and Every Leader is an Artist, presenting Every Leader is an Artist.

William Baker used several artworks on which to base his points. The back of the head belongs to Bob Sabol.
Strategy Arts has us take a DiSC survey before we came to the conference. This was to prepare for us Drawing Upon Your Leadership Competencies.
This graph shows the distributions of our four different styles across the board. Looks like we have it all covered.
